Instructions for Quick Assist

  1. Open the Quick Assist app on your computer. You can do this by searching for "Quick Assist" in the start menu.
  2. Click on "Get assistance".
  3. Enter the code you receive from our service desk in the designated field.
  4. Follow the further instructions on the screen to establish the connection.

With Quick Assist, we can help you quickly and efficiently by taking over your screen remotely and guiding you through the steps.
